This is the worst realty company I've ever dealt with in my 10+ years in business.
Mark Cole, Owner/Broker.....Unprofessional, does not do what he says he will do, Where I come from we call that LYING!!! Only looking for the commission. I hope he reads this and changes how he deals with people, but I doubt it. .I am ok with the house we wanted being gone, but when you lie, you lose all credibility. Go elsewhere for a realtor, this guy can't be trusted.
Very bad experience... In My Opinion....unethical, unprofessional, poor business acumen. These people tried to bully my 80+ year old parents into leaving property prior to date they paid rent through, have poorly maintained record keeping, randomly attempt to keep deposit monies without viable reason, accused me of taking appliances which were not provided by landlord, communicate to customers only when they need something, over commit and under deliver. In general the worst RE group I have ever dealt with in the Fleming Island area...MAKE ANOTHER CHOICE>>>THERE ARE MANY GOOD R.E. COMPANIES IN THE AREA!!!
Extremely unprofessional, unethical, they communicate using sarcasm and patronizing language in particular Ms Sharon Molnar. She was never on time when showing property and when she did show up she didn't have the keys. I am currently disputing then for keeping my security deposit even after I left the property with no damages or exsessive wear and tear. By far the worst experience with a realestate I have ever have they do not deserve to be in business.
Extremely unprofessional staff. Poor communication with my realtor, would not reply to repeated calls and messages about the status of a rental application. When I did finally get through to an agent after 5 days she very rudely told me she does not handle rentals and that I need to talk to another agent. I asked for the other agents phone number and she said she didn't know it and hung up on me. The next morning I had an email sent to me at 3:13 AM full of typos that my application was rejected, even the address of the property was misstated in the email.
