We have only been in our rental for a few weeks now and it has been a nightmare! Dirty and riddled with German roaches, tons of issues with the unit...and Little to no response from the property manager. All things that could and should have been taken care of before our move in...which they had two weeks to get things done. I would never use this company again for anything...not even a purchase based off the experience we have had on this rental. Use another company to manage your rental property. Don't waste your time or money with them.

Ms. Mona Gardella was very persistent on helping us find a rental. Also, she assigned Ms. Kendra Peck to us so that we could see check out the houses we wanted. They offered free rides. They did not charge us for anything they offered.
Purchase a home from frank alters with a few issues discussed prior to closing a 650.00 repair credit was givin and a check made out to a electrician by the company name of electrical support inc, the repairs have not been completed as discussed between me and the realtor and I've text and called the electrician he says he's busy , I'm getting no support from my realtor, no repairs from the electrician. I've asked the title company to issue the check directly to me because I've contacted another party to do the repair. They are NOT your realtor for life as self proclaimed
I submitted an application to sign a lease and "move in" in less than 10 days. Today is two days prior to the agreed on move in date, and I've heard nothing from the realtor. The gentleman I was working with to look at rentals, from Century 21 kept trying to get in touch with the CB Vanguard agent. They tell him my credit score didn't make the cut, and that I would receive a letter in the mail. (AND THE LAST TIME WE TALKED, i was set to move in, just needed to submit the application.) My credit score is plenty over their minimum cut off. Not once did this agent or firm call me to tell me I was declined. Right now, I am 2 days away from needing a place to rent. Come to find out "they had another applicant who was "more qualified and a better fit." I submitted an offer to pay $25 less a month in rent than asking price, and they AGREED to it, with my move in asap. So, they found someone who would pay the listed rent, but completely disregarded me. They could have called and said I was declined. They could have told me another application was submitted. They told my agent AFTER he called numerous times, that was their decision, and i would get a letter in the mail. A letter in the mail when I submitted an app 7 days before move in. I will never look at another property associated with this firm. I do not want to do business with a firm that is completely unethical and shady.
