Very rude customer service. Not sure who I spoke with on the phone but she was so nasty and so rude. Took two weeks for a simple shortening of some pants. VERY UPSET BY HOW I WAS SPOKEN TO!!! Will never go here again. EVER!!!
On Monday 9/25, I went to drop off a dress to be pressed. When dropping off the dress, I was given a receipt for $9.13 a very reasonable price for a pressing. I went to pick up the dress this afternoon and was told the price is now $16.32 I owe. I showed the receipt that I was originally given and was told that now the price increase was due to the length of the cocktail dress to be pressed. Now wouldn't that be information I should have been told when I originally dropped off the dress? Also what was most disconcerting is I was never given a phone call or any notification that the charge for my press will increase. I tried to ask for an explanation and the employee told me, sorry we should have called to let you know, and swiped my card for the $16.32 without any knowledge or caring. Bottom line this is not how you do business. I would have been fine if I knew from the start what I was being charged, but you don't give a loyal customer one receipt for a charge, and then totally change it and charge them a new price when they come to pick up there garments. I hope the $8 extra they made was worth losing a customer.

If it was possible to give no stars, I would. My husband dropped off his Class A’s almost two weeks ago. Went today to pick them up, only to find out they have lost my husbands pants which are needed tomorrow. Tried calling the actual store, no one would answer. Called the other store where a sweet guy told me he would see what he could do. The woman in the store told my husband that “there’s nothing I can do.” Really?! This is my husbands job that’s being played with. My husband is now going to work tomorrow without his uniform. What if this happened with a police officer or an armed forces?! So now my husbands pants are gone. I’ll be sure everyone I know does not EVER return to this place.
