Doctors Gill and Jones are phenomenal, however, the front office staff cannot get any more incompetent. The ONE medical assistant who was professional, consistently accurate and helpful left, which only strengthens my resolve to find another primary provider. Baptist's Administration should SERIOUSLY consider restaffing this site.
