Dr Boyd is the best doctor I have ever had, he is very experienced and takes time to talk with you and explain things. Great Doctor!
I have been a patient of Dr. Boyd's for about a year. For the most part, the experience was okay. I had a cyst that he refused to operate on multiple times. One of the visits I went, I was charged a co-pay but nothing was done because the Dr. decided to wait a couple more weeks. I was told by the front office that the Dr would not make me pay a co-pay on the next visit because nothing was done. A long story short, I received a bill from them anyway. I was told multiple times from the billing department that they would discuss with the office and remove the bill. 3 months later - still getting billed. I called and spoke to the "office manager" who could care less and told me I had to pay regardless of what I was there for, and the front office should not be making these assumptions. I told her I was told by the doctor, but that made no difference. One of the most inconsiderite persons I have talked to. The whole call felt rushed like she couldn't wait to get me off the phone (I had to call multiple times as she did not pick up her phone).
I have been a patient for several years. I find that Dr. Boyd is very interested in helping patients manage and improve their health. At times that I may have been concerned about my health; he listened and always put me at ease with treatment or life style changes that were in my best interest and obtainable. After a visit I have always left feeling better and confident with the assessment and treatment for whatever was ailing me. He is considerate of my time and money as I have never had a long wait time and when requiring a prescription he offered options for filling so that I can make the decision based on my personal situation at that time. The staff is professional and helpful in making appointments, collecting required payments or getting prescriptions refilled. I am very satisfied with the services received and would recommend Dr Boyd.
Have been going to Dr. Boyd and his associate Dian Trent for many years. They are quick, little wait time, concerned and caring and take wonderful care of you, no matter who you see. Can't say enough good things about ALL of them. The staff is always accommodating and quick to respond..

Instead of eating a co-payment that I was told from multiple people that I would not have to pay, they would rather loose a patient, which they just have. I think the doctor office is fine as long as there is no issue with billing, otherwise, I recommend going somewhere else.
