Fiancé and stepdaughter went for a massage mid August; when they arrived; like any great timeshare (I know it's a massage envy) they were solicited by a man selling windshields; my fiancé is a non complainer and very non confrontational. She did say something to Danielle about how intrusive and horrible it was to be solicited while checking in; well Danielle found it funny; and instead of addressing it; laughed and entertained the man while on the clock about getting her car done too. When my fiancé left; I called to speak to management (Nikki) and left a message; 1.5 days later Nikki called back; with less than any care or resolution being had to the poor customer experience I then asked for the owners name (Joanne). Another 1.5 days later she called back; once again little to no care to the situation.
If you like being stressed prior to a massage; and hassled by another sales pitch from another company seeking money; and staff around the board that doesn't care; I highly recommend massage envy of Fleming island....if you value customer service; I reccomend ANY other place.
Management gets what management wants; the experience speaks volumes to how the place is run; and I assure you; my business as well as many others will be lost due to the experience had. Poor training; poor management; poor ownership....
They were able to get me in right away, however, I think that is because the girl was brand-new. I have sun spots, so I was told to do the Vitamin C facial(?). The girl did zero extractions and basically rubbed a ton of oil on my face and that was that. She never removed all the oil and told me I should keep it on for a few hours. I basically walked out looking like a fool and hot mess. My gut told me she had no idea what she was doing. I will NEVER return.

They ASK for gratuity. Not right for a place that charges as much as they do.
Disappointed, I planned a spa day for my mom, aunt, and sister. I am a member at massage envy in NC. I called 8 days ahead and gave everyone's name and number had everything ready for our special day, then the day before I call to confirm. I GOT A SHOCK, the said they did not have us down.
Great massage by Dawn relieving a lot of pain. Friendly staff and reasonable prices.
