Owners are so rude! Ordered off the app and mistakenly ordered there when I meant to order from the blanding store. I odered around 1041 and selected the five minute time frame. I called the store at 1043 when I realized what I did. I was put on hold as soon as the owner answered. When she came back on the phone she repeatedly asked me if I was sure I ordered there. I told her yes and she kept saying she didn't see it. I gave her the order number and she said okay they weren't made. Then she kept saying very rudely that I need to pay attention to what I am doing. Her husband I'm assuming was yelling in the background that he just made them. At one point she said "you are just now calling?!" Yes a whole two minutes after I placed the order. She was so very rude and I will never go there again. As well as pass on my experience with them. I understand lost money, but at the end of the day you don't treat customers that way.
Great food, friendly staff. Very thankful they offer the vegan chicken alternative! The Caribbean jerk bowl with the second chicken was great. Ty.
Happy Hour smoothies from 6:30-8:30 AM and friendly service make this my favorite breakfast spot before work.
Smoothies are over iced and over priced, very bland tasting. I would recommend planet smoothie all day. Owners are a real piece of work, saw them arguing over parking spaces with another tenant right out front of their door. Not professional at all and bad for business. Making the area less than attractive.
