bad customer service !!
One employee is definitely not sufficient to run a busy post office, especially when the other employee is constantly tied up with passport applications. The lady handled the huge line very well, but she should not be put in that position.
Called for passport appt. And the phone was answered immediately. They were quick, but not overly friendly or clear about what to do. I had to ask a lot of questions for clarity, but they answered them. When we arrived, we were seen immediately and before out appt. Heather in Passports again was quick, just not very friendly or clear with directions. Be sure to ask a lot of questions and call as soon as they open in order to get service. Overall, good and fast experience compared to other offices in Duval.
Need more employees. It is ridiculous to have to wait that long for service.
