Wonderful hospital especially peds. My daughter has D.S. and the staff has all been great every time we have had to visit. The Dr's and nurses. Never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen, quick in and out process.
I brought my young daughter to the ER and experienced great customer service.
The staff were great and very compassionate. Great care and excellent knowledge. Not long hold times.
Night shift emergency room sucks. The doctor completely dismissed everything he was told by the patient and what she told him from what happened in the same room earlier that day. Sat around in pain for 4 hours. I went to see what was going on and they’re just sitting around chatting and bullshittin. The doctor didn’t even do a thorough exam to begin with. We suspect he didn’t even look at her records to see what happened earlier. We will be looking into filing a grievance.
Went here October 2017. Don't waste your time. Daughter was in ER room across from the nurses station. We arrived at 1030 pm. No one else was there except us. The check- in nurse already felt it necessary to diagnosed my daughter prior to her seeing the doctor and told her sarcastically she wasn't having seizures. Then while in the back, the doctor ordered a CT. We listened for hours while all the nurses and doctors played with a sqeaky toy...tossing it back and fourth and goofing off in different ways.. I even heard the doctor hit on a nurse and offer to walk her to her car and told her they could hang out there and chat for a while. This place is a joke. We were the only ones there and finally walked out at 3 am because No one came in to check on her, give her CT results or pick up her urine sample that had been sitting there for five hours. We left out and they were so busy goofing off, no one seen us leave. Very unprofessional. Go somewhere else or prepare to spend the entire day or night even if your the only patient.
