Pharmacy staff could use a little personality improvement. Be nice to the consumer.
Excellent care, very thorough, tests were all done in the office and results came back quickly. Treatment worked fast and follow up calls (multiple) were made by the physician to make sure I received culture results that had been sent off to lab, and to check on my status. She also changed a Rx after culture showed a bacterial infection which was resistant to a abx she had previously prescribed. I was very pleased with the care and service!
I called and was told they they only do walkin Ins. When I showed up there was 6 hours of appointments in front of me and only one person there waiting.... that's not what I call walk-Ins...
Trudy was extremely unprofessional when it came to verifying my insurance. I've had situations before where it shows inactive, so I let her know that she had to call the verification number. Her reply was: "ummm, no, YOU need to call." I let her know that they always ask yo speak to the provider/office staff regardless. She went to tell me: "well I'm not going to call, I don't do those calls, I'll have someone else handle it. I'm calling our I.T. people. Please step out to the waiting area and I'll let you know what they say." A few moments later she came to get me, with all the attitude in the world she said: "I ended up calling AS YOU REQUESTED, and I was unable to verify your insurance". I thanked her and cancelled my appointment. As I was walking around, I called my insurance, they verified my eligibility and asked to speak to the person so that I could be seen. I declined the help as I will never be going back to that clinic. It is ridiculous that she didn't want to call, the way she treated me is unacceptable!
