I will definitely return to the Fleming Island La-Z-Boy store for future furniture purchases.
Mark remembered who we were from a previous sale. That was nice. We looked at a couple items. Mark sensed that we were mulling over some choices/decisions and asked some very pertinent questions which opened up even more possibilities. He showed us both expensive & modest priced items along with pros & cons for each. He didn’t force any one item on us and that was very good. It’s great to have a sales person who knows his business but lets me make the decision. This particular store & especially Mark is first class as far as I’m concerned
I purchased a reclining sectional and had an excellent experience with my sales person Mark, and designer Katie. They were both very professional and helped me through my purchase with excellent ideas and recommendations.
I had the pleasure of working with a wonderful lady, ELISE. I thought I had a certain piece in mind; but kept questioning myself. Elise gave me insight on a few pieces and I narrowed it down to 3 console type pieces. I finally made my decision. I bought the most beautiful 56in Weatherford Console and would never have looked in that direction if it wasn't for the help of Elise. She knew the stores inventory and understood the look I was trying to achieve. I need 10 stars - because she is that!!!

Associate Katie Koon was very patient with us as home recently flooded after Hurricane Irma. We were undecided about timing and also about how much we could spend. Katie was not pushy, yet offered helpful insight about our future purpose. We have eyed La-Z-Boy for many years (after experiencing the comfort of my parents La-Z-Boy furniture). Our home repairs are nearly complete & we can't wait to have our furniture delivered & start enjoying our home again. Mark was also very kind to us & was able to assist throughout the process.
I love our La-Z-Boy living room furniture, it is over 15 years old and still in good shape but thought we would go for a new set. I only wanted to go with La-Z-Boy. Couldn't pass up the great after Thanksgiving sale!
