A very polite staff here. They even went out of their way to help. Much better than the Game Spot at Town Center in Saint Johns.
The new manager named spenc is very knowledgeable on video games, he speaks to you like a normal human and not like he's better than you. Spenc also tried to help me get a better deal on a game I was buying, sadly he couldn't because he was all out of the cheaper copies and I was holding the only copy in the store.
My kids and i love Gamestop! The employee was very helpful and friendly.
So far they're liars first they told me they didn't have a cord I needed when I went up there I found said cord. Then I asked them a particular game on a certain system they said the game doesn't exist on system only on later gen consoles. Went to another location and found the game on the console I needed. Recently I purchased a game for my daughter and guess what there's no disk so I basically paid for a box.
I took my son in over the weekend to pick out a new game for his Xbox. The employee (sorry, didn't get a name!) was super helpful & talked to my 8-year-old about his interests & games, & helped him (us) pick out a game for him to try. Will definitely go back to this location in the future!
