After my second experience, I haven't been back. My first visit was very nice. The gentleman that styled my hair was professional. I was so pleased with first outcome, I was eager to book a second visit. Now, here's the problem, I scheduled my appointment online, on a Monday, I was just going by the sign on the door. I didn't know they were closed on Monday, until I went for my appointment and waited there, no one ever showed up. I called the owner repeatably, I was then met with unprofessionalism and rudeness. Long story short, I got my hair styled again, a sew in, very unsatisfied next go around. For the prices being charged, the service needs to be stellar.
